Hi I’m Claire!
I’m a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, with a passion for empowering women to live their healthiest lives. I teach women how to eat well, manage stress, integrate exercise, beat burnout and build a healthy lifestyle within the framework of their individual lives. I do this through taking a deep dive into their health narratives and help them to become an expert on their health.
I provide support, guidance and accountability for my clients as they make sustainable lifestyle changes that truly stick.
The deep dive is a weekly or two sessions per month health and lifestyle transformation program designed to equip you with the tools to make realistic, accessible and sustainable changes to live a long, healthy, happy and joyful life.
Over the course of the program we take a deep dive into your current nutrition and lifestyle. We work together to set and achieve your health and wellness goals. From what’s on your plate, to how you manage stress and fit in movement – it’s all on the table. Get to the root of emotional eating or break up with sugar. I am here to give you the tools and guide you guilt-free. I teach you to build healthy habits that last. Let’s write the new chapter of your health narrative together.
In person or online, flexible personalised health sessions. We get to the root of your health needs.
We find what foods work for you in the framework of your day-to-day life based on your individual health journey.
I provide accountability and support between sessions to help you achieve your individual goals.
No more extreme all or nothing diet culture, but sustainable long-term habit building.
Exploring Health from all angles.
Delving into food, movement, mindfulness and beyond to help you in your journey to health, on your terms.

I have a couple of confessions to make. First, I’m listening to Taylor Swift while writing this. Second, recently I almost had a relapse with
